الوزير جعفرعلوي يواصل مطاردة المدرسين الوهميين في موهيلي
بعد جزيرة انغازيجا وأنجوان يواصل وزير التربية والتعليم الرقابة الجسدية على المدرسين في جزيرة موهيلي لتخليص وزارته من الموظفين الوهميين وتنظيم أوضاع المدرسين المتعاقدين وكذلك المتطوعين
ففي ظل فوضى المرتبات الذي تشهده الإدارة العامة في جزر القمر تسعى الدولة إلى حصر الموظفين الحقيقيين بشتى الطرق منها الرقابة الجسدية للتأكد من تواجد الموظفين في أماكنهم أو على الأقل في البلاد وصولا إلى التفكير في دفع الرواتب بشيكات يتسلمها ويصرفها أصحابها الحقيقيين
ومن جانبه يواصل اليوم وزير التربية والتعليم الوطني جعفر سليم علوي الرقابة الجسدية لموظفي وزارته في جزيرة موهيلي بعد أن أنهى ذلك في انغازيجا و أنجوان.
وتهدف هذه الرقابة حسب الوزير إلى حصر الموظفين الحقيقيين وشطب الوهميين لإعطاء الفرصة للمتعاقدين وكذلك المتطوعين. ” إن من ترك البلاد إلى مايوت أو تانزانيا أو إلى فرنسا فهذا اختياره لكن ليس له حق في مرتب الدولة “، هكذا صرح الوزير علوي مضيفا أن الحكومة تصرف رواتب الموظفين بشكل منتظم منذ أكثر من سنتين ولا يمكن أن يكون هناك من يأخذها وهو لا يستحقها
وعليها فإن أي مُدَرسة أو مدرس في موهيلي يتبع وزارة التربية أن يحضر مع بطاقته الوطنية وبطاقة التطعيم ضد فيروس كورونا لإثبات نفسه ومن يتخلف يعتبر مدرسا وهميا سيتم شطبه من كشف موظفي الدولة
وقد ذكر الوزير علوي أن هناك أعدادا كبيرة من المدرسين ذهبوا إلى المعاش لكن لم يتم الاستبدال بهم في ظل فوضى المرتبات وهذا الإجراء وفقا للوزير سيساعد على تحسين وضع المتعاقدين وإعطاء الفرصة للمتطوعين الذين يشكلون بالنسبة له كارثة في الإدارة العامة
وقد شهد قطاع التعليم الحكومي تدهورا كبيرا في السنوات الأخيرة مما جعل الكثير من الأهالي يلجئون للتعليم الخاص رغم صعوبة الظروف المادية ولوحظ في كثير من القرى والبلدات القمرية خاصة في انغازيجا صرف بعض المال من الأهالي لدفعها لمتطوعين في المدارس الحكومية حتى يتمكن أبنائهم من الدراسة في ظل غياب مدرسين مبتعثين من الدولة
