في ذكرى توقيع اتفاقية فومبوني حامد كرهيلا يستذكر دور السعودية وقطر في إنجازها
أحيت المعارضة القمرية يوم أمس الـ 17 من فبراير في جزيرة موهيلي الذكرى الحادي والعشرين لتوقيع التفاقية فومبوني التي أنهت الفُرقة و وضعت حدا للانفصال واستذكر الدكتور حامد كرهيلا السفير الأسبق لدى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي دور المملكة السعودية و دولة قطر في مرافقتهما جزرَ القمر حتى إنجاز الاتفاقية و ما بعدها
وذكر كرهيلا الذي كان حينها مقربا للعقيد عثمان غزالي رئيس الجمهورية حاليا أن المملكة السعودية وقطر رافقتا جزر القمر في إنجاز المصالحة الوطنية ومولتا تكاليف سفر الفرقاء ورعاة المصالحة ولم تكتفيا بذلك بل كان لهما دور كبير في مساعدة جزر القمر للخروج من تبعات الأزمة السياسية بعد المصالحة مشددا على دور السعودية في انضمام جزر القمر إلى صندوق النقد العربي الذي يتخذ من العاصمة الإماراتية أبوظبي مقرا له وكذلك منظمتا الدول العربية للزراعة والصيد
ولم يُفوِّت كرهيلا المعارض والأمين العام السابق لحزب الوفاق الوطني من أجل تجديد جزر القمر الحاكم الفرصة في مهاجمة الرئيس غزالي لما اعتبره منه نقضا للعهد في اتفاقية فومبوني وذكّر للحاضرين نقض غزالي عهده مع حزب جُوا ( الشمس) المعارض ورئيسه أحمد عبد الله محمد سامبي الذي فرضت عليه الإقامةُ الجبرية منذ ما يقرب من 4 سنوات متسائلا إذا كان غزالي يستحق لقب الإمام
ويُذكر أن أهم ما نصت به اتفاقية فومبوني هو الرئاسة الدورية بين جزر الأرخبيل القمري بولاية واحدة وبعد التجربة الأولى عاد الرئيس غزالي وغيّر الدستور في 2018 ليجعل للرئيس الحق في ولايتين مع إبقاء دورية الرئاسة إلا أن المعارضة القمرية تعتبر ذلك تحوّطا للاتفاقية التي تم توقيعها عام 2001 في مدينة فومبوني عاصمة جزيرة موهيلي الشقيقة الصغرى في جزر القمر
