كورونا فيروس: هل يمكننا التحلي بشيء من المسؤولية ؟
منذ بدء هذه الأزمة وأنا أتابع تطور الأحداث في بلادنا وصرنا نلوم الدولة كل يوم وهي فعلا مقصرة في جوانب مهمة في إدارة تلك الأزمة لكن، ما دورنا نحن كشعب ينتظر أن ندفع الثمن غاليا إن حدث، لا قدر الله، ما لا يحمد عقباه ؟
رأينا في بداية الأزمة في ووهان المدينة الصينية، ساد نوع من عدم الإيمان بالله ونوع من الأنانية في أوساط كثير من القمريين يتضح ذلك في هرولتهم للعودة إلى جزر القمر ومطالبة الدولة إجلائهم فرارا من الوباء، مع العلم أنه في حالة إصابتهم لن تتمكن السلطات الصحية في البلاد من تقديم العلاج لهم كون القطاع الصحي في الدولة يعاني عجزا، كما وكيفا، إضافة إلى جهلهم كجهل الكثيرين حتى في دول الصف الأول عن ماهية المارد الجديد.
وبعد فشل محاولة السلطات القمرية في إقناع مواطنيها في الصين بالبقاء اضطرت لإصدار أوامر للشركة الأثيوبية للطيران إلى عدم نقل مواطنين قمريين من الصين إلى جزر القمر، الأمر الذي اعتبره بعض النشطاء على مواقع التواصل تساهلا من الدولة في حماية مواطنيها من المخاطر متجاهلين أن هذا الإجراء قامت به دولة الصين منذ الوهلة الأولى لعزل مواطني مقاطعة هوبي من المناطق الأخرى في محاولة حصار الفيروس في بؤرة الانطلاق وها هي الصين تنجح اليوم بتسجيل صفر حالة في مدينة ووهان
أما اليوم فحكومتنا ربما كانت تنظر المسألة من زاوية الخسائر الاقتصادية حال منعها الطيران الدولي ولا أظن أنها ستخسر الكثير فكلها طائرات تتبع شركات أجنبية لا نملك واحدة فيها ولا نملك على الأقل أسهما في إحداها بل هي أعشار تعطى للدولة للسماح باستخدام الميناء الجوي الدولي الوحيد في البلاد ولا أظن أن تلك الضرائب تسجل شيئا كبيرا في مداخيل الدولة، فما كان عليها بالفعل أن تتباطأ في فرض حظر على الطيران القادم من الخارج. وربما كي لا تشعر الدولة بالحرج في منع القليل من الشركات الجوية العاملة في جزر القمر كان منع نقل ركاب من الدول الموبوءة بأكثر عشر حالات أقل حدة وتُشكر دولتنا على الأقل على هذه الخطوة
لكن من جانب آخر لماذا لا نتحمل نحن كشعب جزءا من المسؤولية فحاليا نجد أن معظم القادمين إلى جزر القمر هم من المواطنين الذين يأتون من موانئ فرنسا البلد الذي يعتبر من الأعلى خطورة على خارطة البلاد الموبوءة عالميا ولماذا لا نوجه اللوم على هؤلاء هل لنا فقط أن نوجه سهامنا على حكومة غزالي وأعوانه ؟
في هذا الوقت العصيب لا بد أن يتحمل كل منا مسؤوليته قبل إلقاء اللوم على الآخر فما قامت به الصين في عزل ووهان وما تقوم الدول الأوروبية الآن نجده في موروثنا الإسلامي في حديث صح عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
عن عبد الرّحمن بن عوف، قال: سمعتُ رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم يقول: ”إذا سمعتُم به، أي بالوباء، بأرض، فلا تَقْدِمُوا عليه، وإذا وقع بأرض وأنتم بها، فلا تَخْرُجُوا فرارًا منه”
وربما لو طبقنا هذا الحديث منذ ظهور الأزمة كان سيخفف من حدة المخاوف لدينا وكنا قد تقاسمنا المسؤولية طواعية
وفي المقابل هناك من يصطادون في الماء العكر محاولين تسييس الأزمة وليس فيها، حقيقة، مجال للاعتراك السياسي. لندع تلك الخلافات جانبا ونعمل سويا نقيم أداء الدولة في هذا الوقت العصيب دون محاولة كسب نقاط سياسية في أزمة قد لا تمهلهم الاستفادة من معركتهم
