لقاء الرئيس عثمان غزالي بنقابة المدرسين .. هل انتهت أزمة الإضراب بلا رجعة ؟

استقبل رئيس الجمهورية عثمان غزالي في بيت السلام يوم السبت ممثلي نقابة المدرسين لحلحلة أزمة الإضراب الشامل الذي شل التعليم ما قبل الجامعة في جزر القمر وعبرت النقابة عن رضاها بالمحادثات التي أكدت الحلول التي قدمها وزيرا التربية والأشغال العامة
إثر عودته من دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لتقديم واجب العزاء في وفاة رئيسها المغفور له الشيخ خليفة بن زايد، طلب الرئيس غزالي عثمان عقد لقاء مع نقابة المدرسين بحضور ممثليها من الجزر الثلاثة، وان لم يتمكن القادمين من جزيرتي موهيلي وهنزوان حضوره في الساعة المحددة بسبب ظروف قاهرة خارجة عن السيطرة،
وتركزت المحادثات بين الجانبين حول الملف الخاص بالمطلب الرئيسي للنقابة وهو نظام تطبيق ارتفاع الأجور الجديد، الذي ظلت هذه الأخيرة تطالب به وتحارب من أجله منذ عهد الرئيس السابق أحمد عبد الله سامبي، ومن خلال المحادثات أكد غزالي للنقابة ما يشير إلى عزمه لإصدار أمر تسهيل الإجراءات اللازمة لعملية تحقيق هذا المطلب، وان كان بعض التعديلات الخفيفة سوف تطرأ في هذا الشأن.
وذكّر غزالي بأن البروتو كول الذي تم التوقيع عليه مؤخرا بين النقابة ووزيري التربية والتعليم تقي الدين يوسف ووزير العدل والاشغال العامة جاي أحمد شانفي والذي أسفر عن توقف الإضراب وعودة المدرسين لأماكن عملهم كان بترتيب من الرئيس، وأنه الذي دفع الوزيرين للتفاوض مع النقابة ومحاولة بذل الجهود للوصول لحل نهائي للأزمة قبل مغادرته البلاد متوجها إلى الإمارات العربية المتحدة لتقديم واجب العزاء.
أما من جانب النقابة فقد أعادت إلى الأذهان سبب إصرارها وتماسكها بهذا المطلب بما تشهده البلاد منذ اندلاع الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية من تدهور كامل للأوضاع المعيشية، وارتفاع جنوني للأسعار في الاسواق، وأن المرتبات لم تعد كافية وهو ما دفع معظم الموظفين للجوء إلى الأعمال الحرة في غير أوقات العمل لمحاولة التخفيف من أعباء العيش
