كان رئيس الجمهورية قد غادر موروني أول من أمس للمشاركة في القمة الروسية الأفريقية التي ستعقد يومي 23 و 24 أكتوبر الجاري، والتي تستضيفها مدينة سوتشي الروسية، ومن هناك سيتوجه الرئيس إلى العاصمة اليابانية طوكيو لحضور مراسم حفل تنصيب إمبراطور اليابان الجديد ناروهيتو.
