خصصت جمعية الهلال الأحمر الكويتية ١٠ آلاف دولار أمريكي، وهو ما يعادل أكثر ٤ ملايين فرنك قمري تنفيذا للمبادرة الإنسانية التعليمية في جزر القمر والهادفة إلى مساهمة الأسر والفئات الأشد حاجة، وتحديدا في جزيرتي أنجوان وموهيلي، بمناسبة بدء العام الدراسي الجديد ٢٠٢١- ٢٠٢٢. وقد دشن الهلال الأحمر الكويتي المشروع اليوم الاثنين، ١ نوفمبر في ابتدائية ومتوسط قرية “هارمبو” بمنطقة هارمبو بأنجوان وذلك تنسيقا مع الهلال الأحمر القمري.
وقد استفاد من المشروع جميع طلاب وطالبات القرية في سنوات الشهادة الابتدائية والمتوسطة. ويحرص الهلال الأحمر الكويتي دوما، على التنسيق في تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية المخصصة لجمهورية القمر المتحدة في رسالة تعكس مدى التفاهم والتنسيق القائم بينه وبين الهلال الأحمر القمري في ظل الهدف المشترك بينهما، وذلك انطلاقا من العلاقات الراسخة والممتدة.
وتجسدت تلك العلاقات من خلال المشاريع والمبادرات الإنسانية الموجهة إلى جزر القمر، وعلى مدار العام، بغض النظر عن البرامج المشاريع الموسمية المعتادة. وتعد هذه المبادرة الإنسانية التنموية تأكيداً من جانب الهلال الأحمر الكويتي على الالتزام برسالته الإنسانية على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي. وكما أنها تعتبر نقطة انطلاق نحو مزيد من التعاون بين الهلال الأحمر الكويتي ونظيره القمري في برامج ومشاريع إنسانية تنموية على مدار العام في جزر القمر، مؤكدين بأن الدافع الحقيقي إلى تنفيذ هكذا مبادرات هو من أجل حب الخير والإنسانية بكل تجرد وحيادية.
ومن جانب آخر أشاد المواطنون المستفيدون في أنجوان بالتنسيق الاستراتيجي القائم بين الهلالين في تنفيذ المشاريع والبرامج الإنسانية بجزر القمر، متنمنين أن تتكلل الجهود المبذولة بمزيد من النجاحات والإنجازات. وأعرب الأهالي عن صميم الامتنان والشكر للهلال الأحمر الكويتي كونه دائما في قلب مشاكلهم اليومية، معربين كذلك عن تقديرهم للجهود التي يبذلها المتطوعون في الهلال الأحمر القمري لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة في المجتمعات المحلية الأكثر والأشد حاجة واصفين بأن ثمة فئات عديدة في أنجوان في أمس الحاجة إلى هذا النوع من المعونات.
