بدء أعمال الحوار السياسي الوطني القمري .. الرئيس غزالي في كلمته التشاور والتوافق مكننا من التغلب على الخلافات
شارك العديد من أعضاء الحكومة ورؤساء الأحزاب السياسية المنضوية تحت التكتل الرئاسي، وقوى المعارضة والمجتمع الدولي والمجتمع المدني ومسؤولين من القطاع الخاص ولفيف من المواطنين القمريين في الجلسة الافتتاحية للحوار السياسي الوطني القمري صباح أمس الاثنين ٢٨ فبراير بمبنى الجمعية الوطنية (البرلمان)، والذي دعا إليه الرئيس غزالي عثمان في شهر سبتمبر من العام الماضي.
وفي كلمته الافتتاحية دعا الرئيس غزالي المعارضين في المنفى إلى قبول الدعوة للحوار لأن حكومته لا تسعى إلى الانتقام بالقتل ضد أحد وأنه ليس هناك ما يمنع عودة المعارضين في المنفى إلى الوطن قائلا “إن التاريخ الحديث أثبت لنا من خلال أداء المنتخب الوطني، السيلاكَنت، في كأس الأمم الأفريقية أن الوحدة قوة، وأنه عندما تحتشد دولة بأكملها للدفاع عن الرؤية المشتركة، فلن تكون هناك عقبة لا يمكن التغلب عليها” مشيرا إلى أن “التشاور وتوافق الآراء مكننا دائما من التغلب على النزاعات التي بدت بدون حلول، لأنها تشكك في وحدة الأمة ذاتها” في إشارة إلى النزاعات السياسية التي شهدتها البلاد أواخر التسعينات من القرن الماضي.
وأكد رئيس الجمهورية على الأهمية القصوى التي يوليها هو للحوار الوطني لكونه السبيل الوحيد الذي سيسمح بتسوية الخلافات مذكرا أنه لا يوجد أي بلد يمكنه أن يحقق التنمية دون توطيد السلام والأمن والاستقرار”.
واستطرد الرئيس غزالي في كلمته بالقول أن “الحوار هي أفضل طريقة تسمح بشرح أفعال بعضنا البعض لتبريرها أو إدانتها، وتعزيزها أو تصحيحها حتى نتمكن في النهاية من تحقيق أهداف ومعايير الوحدة والسلام والتنمية التي نطمح إليها جميعًا ” حسب تعبيره.
وكان قادة عشرة أحزاب سياسية متحالفة مع بعضها باسم “مجموعة العشرة” برئاسة محمد عبد الوهاب قد أصدروا بيانا عشية انعقاد الحوار السياسي الوطني دعوا فيه الحكومة إلى إرجاء الحوار الوطني وإعلان الحداد مدة ثلاثة أيام في كافة أنحاء البلاد على ضحايا الطائرة المملوكة لشركة (آبيه للطيران) والتي تحطمت يوم السبت ٢٦ فبراير الماضي قبالة سواحل موهيلي بعد إقلاعها من مطار الأمير سعيد إبراهيم في هاهايا متجهة إلى مطار بندر السلام في جزيرة موهيلي وكان على متنها ١٤ راكبا من بينهم طاقمَي الرحلة ولم يتم العثور على أي من الضحايا حتى الساعة.
