اجتمع رئيس الجمهورية غزالي عثمان أمس الأربعاء ٢١ سبتمبر مع نظيرته التنزانية سامية حسن صُولُحو على هامش اجتماعات الجمعية العمومية للأمم المتحدة في نيويورك ، وتباحث الرئيسان في لقائهما حول سبل ووسائل تكثيف التجارة بين البلدين وتطوير وسائل النقل الجوي والبحري من أجل تسهيل وتأمين حركة البضائع والأشخاص.
واتفق الطرفان على أن يجتمع وزيرا خارجية البلدين في شهر أكتوبر القادم للتحضير لعمل اللجنة المشتركة ووضع خارطة طريق تمهيدا لإعادة إطلاق التعاون الثنائي بين البلدين الشقيقين.
