وقد أعطى صالح سعيد تفصيلا حول الحدث الذي جرت وقائعه يوم أمس الأربعاء في حوالي السادسة والنصف مساءً. ” كل شيء حدث وقت إغلاق الزنازين. ففي الوقت الذي كان على الحراس جمع السجناء لدخول زنازينهم ، أبدى بعضهم مقاومة وبدلاً من اتباع الآخرين ، استغلوا عملية شغب ، فقفزوا من جدران السجن خلف المستوصف “.
مشيرا إلى أنه ” قد قبض في الفور على ستة (6) من بين الهاربين الثلاثة والعشرين، وأعادهم الحراس إلى الزنازين “. ويذكر أنه منذ الليلة الماضية، كان البعض يخشى أن يكون من بين الهاربين سجناء سيئي السمعة مثل بوبوتشا وآخرين.
وعند السؤال ، طمأن مدير إدارة السجن بأن الأخير ليس من بين الهاربين ومن السبعة عشر، الذين لم يتحدد مصيرهم حتى الآن، أشخاص حكم عليهم في تهم الاعتداء الجنسي والسرقة والحرق المتعمد.
