خلال مشاركته في فعاليات النسخة الثالثة لمنتدى الإقتصاد الأزرق ، رحب الرئيس غزالي عثمان بالمشاركة الشبابية مجال في ريادة الأعمال وذلك أثناء الاحتفال بالمنتدى الثالث لتعزيز الاقتصاد الأزرق والعمالة الخضراء الذي انعقد في في فومبوني بجزيرة موهيلي .
وعبر الرئيس عن سعادته برؤية المزيد من الشباب يشاركون في تحقيق مشاريع ابتكارية مثل استعادة النفايات ، وتطوير السياحة المستدامة ، والترويج للمنتجات الزراعية وصيد الأسماك ، لمحاربة البطالة وحماية البيئة.
وكان من بين الحضور بجانب رئيس الجمهورية، أعضاء الحكومة ومحافظ موهيلي وممثلو المجتمع المدني والمنظمة الدولية للفرانكوفونية ومنظمة العمل الدولية ورجال الأعمال الشباب. وأشاد غزالي في كلمته بجهود الشباب الذين المستثمروين أكثر في الإقتصاد مرحبا بمشاركة الشباب في ريادة الأعمال من أجل تحقيق المشاريع الابتكارية.
وأكد الرئيس بالقول أن الإقتصاد المرتبط باستغلال البحار والمحيطات والسواحل ضرورية لبقاء البلاد بقدر ما يسمح لنا بإطعام أنفسنا ولكن أيضًا من أجل حماية البيئة، مشجعا في الآن ذاته على الإدارة المستدامة لهذه الثروة الثمينة من خلال بناء القدرات.
لا شيئ سوى الشباب:
وفي كلمة محافظ جزيرة موهيلي، محمد فاضل محافظ سلط الضوء فيها على دور الشباب في التنمية وفي مستقبل البلاد ،قائلا أنه عندما يتعلق الحديث عن الشباب فإنه لا شيء سوى الشباب. ووعد فاضل الشباب المجتمعين في منتدى موهيلي بخلق فرص العمل وإنشاء الأعمال التجارية وشجعهم على القتال لا الاستسلام بفعل وجود العوامل الملائمة من المناخ والبحر والأرض.
ووجه محمد فاضل دعوة إلى الشباب القمري لاستغلال كل الوسائل واستخدامها لخلق الوظائف والأعمال، واعدا بأن الحكومة لن تدخر جهداً في تقديم كل التسهيلات تسهيل، وما على الشباب إلا تأسيس الأعمال لمحاربة البطالة والحكومة ستكون موجودة لتقديم الدعم إليهم.
بدوره ، أشار رئيس شبكة رواد الأعمال الشباب ، إبراهيم علي محمد ، إلى النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها منذ عام 2019 عند إطلاق المنتدى في موروني في ديسمبر 2019 ، كان قد تم تنظيم مسابقة وطنية لتحديد الشباب والنساء الذين لديهم أفكار ومشاريع أو شركات مبتكرة في قطاع الإقتصاد الأزرق والوظائف الخضراء.
و وأعلن أنه تم تحديد ستة وثمانون مشروعاً ، وتدريب خمسون شابا وامرأة ، وتطوير ست مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة الحجم ، وكذلك إنشاء اثنتي عشر وظيفة. وفي ديسمبر 2020 في في أنجوان ، تم تحديد مائة وثمانية وثمانون مشروعاً ، وتدريب مائة شاب وشابة ، كما تم تطوير ثمان شركات صغيرة ومتوسطة و وستة عشر فرصة عمل. وعن هذا العام 2021 في موهيلي تم تحديد مائتان وستة وثمانون مشروعًا حيث وقع الاختيار على مائة وخمسين شابا وامرأة “.
وتحدث كل من وزير الشباب المكلف بالتوظيف والعمل، تقي الدين يوسف ، والمديرة العامة للوكالة الوطنية لتنشيط الاستثمار نجات صادقي في كلمتيهما بالدعوة إلى اتباع نفس المسار نحو الأمام لتشجيع الشباب على الانطلاق بفضل مهاراتهم في ريادة الأعمال لكي يصبحوا قادة لمصيرهم.
