كاف 2019/ بعد تقديمه شكوى ضد عدم تطبيق المادة 92 على الكاميرون، سعيد لاريفو: الكاف يهتم بعائدات البطولات بدلا من الجوانب الرياضية والإنسانية
قدم المحامي القمري سعيد لاريفو كعضو في المرصد الدولي لمكافحة التمييز في الرياضة قدم شكوى في الاتحاد الأفريقي للمطالبة باحترام اللوائح المنظمة لكأس أمم أفريقيا فيما يتعلق بتأهل جزر القمر إلى المرحلة الأخيرة للكأس خاصة المادة 92 واتخاذ إجراء تأديبي ضد النائب الثاني لرئيس الاتحاد الأفريقي كونستان أوماري
قام المحامي سعيد لاريفو برحلة إلى القاهرة حيث مقر الاتحاد الأفريقي لكرة القدم ممثلا المرصد الدولي لمكافحة التمييز في الرياضة مطالبا الاتحاد الأفريقي باحترام اللوائح المنظمة لكأس أمم أفريقيا.
وقد جاء في المادة 92 من اللوائح المنظمة لكأس أمم أفريقيا أنه عندما يتم سحب تنظيم البطولة من أي دولة تحرم من المشاركة في نسختين مع غرامة 500 ألف دولار أمريكي لكن الاتحاد والرئيس الكاميروني بول بييا يتشبثون بعدم سحب التنظيم بل تغيير موعد تنظيم الكاميرون لكأس أمم أفريقيا مما اعتبره المحامي القمري بالتلاعب بالكلمات وقراءة ” خاطئة ” للمادة 92
وقرر الاتحاد الأفريقي أن تتم مباراة الإياب في موعدها يوم 22 مارس 2019 في ياوندي، وفي هذا الصدد كان النائب الثاني لرئيس الاتحاد الأفريقي كوسنتان أوماري قد أدلى بتصريح مثير للشكوك لدى القمريين عن نوايا الاتحاد الأفريقي بتأهيل الكاميرون ولو بأي ثمن فحينما سئل أوماري في مقابلة عبر قناة tv5عن حالة فوز جزر القمر على الكاميرون رد قائلا ” لا أرى كيفية خسارة الكاميرون أمام جزر القمر” فيما عد من الجانب القمري استعدادا لإقصاء منتخبهم بأي ثمن
واستهجن المحامي سعيد لاريفو موقف الاتحاد الأفريقي من اهتمامه بعائدات البطولات بدلا “من الجوانب الرياضية والإنسانية” التي من أجلها وجدت الألعاب الدولية إشارة إلى تفضيل الاتحاد استبعاد جزر القمر بدلا من الكاميرون بسبب ما ستحمل مشاركة هذا الأخير من عائدات مالية
وكان رئيس الاتحاد القمري لكرة القدم سعيد علي سعيد عثمان قد أكد عن نية اتحاده في اللجوء إلى محكمة التحكيم الرياضي خلال مؤتمر صحفي أقامه في وقت مبكر من هذا الشهر وذلك للمطالبة بمنع مشاركة الكاميرون في النسخة القادمة للاتحاد الأفريقي بعد انتزاع شرف التنظيم منها وأوضح أن اتحاده سيطالب أيضا بتأهل منتخبه عوضا عن الكاميرون لنهائيات كأس أمم إفريقيا، مشيرا إلى أن عملية رفع الدعوى ستتطلب من الاتحاد القمري رصد إمكانيات مالية مهمة، الأمر الذي قد يؤخر القيام بالإجراءات اللازمة.
