ضغط تحت الابتلاء قضية عصرية… ورؤية الإسلام
حصل لنبي الإسلام محمد ابن عبد الله عليه الصلاة والسلام من الابتلاء والامتحان قبل وبعد الهجرة الشيء الكثير، وكذلك أتباعه ثم الأمثل فالأمثل.
يبتلى العبد على قدر دينه و على قدر صلابته في إيمانه فإن كانت في دينه صلابة وفي إيمانه قوة ، وجدت دلائل صبره وعلامة تقواه،
كذلك قيل أن رجلا جاء إلي النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم، فقال يا رسول الله إني أحبك فقال: إن كنت صابرا فأعد للبلاء فإن البلاء أسرع إلى من يحبني من السيل إلي منحدره ،،، هكذا أخبره الحبيب صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا كنت تحبني فلا بد أن ينالك بلاء كما أنه يسرع إلى الأنبياء وإلى أتباعهم أسرع من السيل إلي منحدره،
قال تعالي آمرا نبيه بالصبر (فاصبر كما صبر أولو العزم من الرسل) فلقد أمر الله سبحانه تعالى رسوله أن يصبر علي أذية المكذبين والمعتدين، وأن لايزال داعيا لهم إلى الله سبحانه و تعالي وأن يقتدي بصبر صفوة المرسلين سادات الخلق أولي العزائم والهمم العالية فهم أحق الخلق أسوة حسنة،
أُخبِر النبي بالابتلاء في أول يوم من النبوة فقال ورقة ابن نوفل ليتني أكون حيا إذ يخرجك قومك فقال النبي الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم أومخرجي هم ؟؟ قال نعم لم يأت رجل قط بمثل ما جئت به إلا وعودي وإن يدركني يومك أنصرك نصرا مؤزرا.. . هنا.. يأتي الإسلام لمعالجة الضغوط،
من المفيد التأكيد هنا أن الضغوطات ليست دائما سلبية أو سيئة فبعضها نافع في تفجير طاقات الإنسان وليس أدل على ما أقوله من أن أبرز الشعراء والأدباء والكتاب وحتى الفنانين مروا بالكثير من الضغوطات المعيشية والنفسية المختلفة التي جعلهم ينتجون روائع الأدب الإنساني كما أن معاودة النفس ومجاهدتها يقوي ملكاتها وينميها..
الجانب آخر لما كان التركيز في هذا الموضوع على الضغوطات السلبية فإن طرق المعالجة ممكن أن تتم بما يلي واكتفي بواحد حتى لا أثقل على القارئ الكريم
1/ الجأ إلى الله عز وجل واستعن به في كل لحظة إزاء كل ضغط، كبيرا كان أم صغيرا فحينما تقول( لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله تعالي) لا تسقط قوتك وإرادتك وإنما تستمد الحول الأكبر والقوة الأقوى….
