حضر التدشين سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى جمهورية القمر المتحدة حمد محمد الهاجري ، وممثلي وزارة المالية ، وفريق من المركز ، ومن الجانب القمري ، أمين عام وزارة المالية موسى ملاجو ، ومستشار وزير المالية جعفر سيد ، ووزير الاقتصاد السابق و المفتش لوزارة المالية عبد الناصر مادي ، ورئيس الجمهورية لشؤون العالم العربي يحي محمد الياس ، ومستشار ومندوب وزارة الخارجية عبد الوهاب عيدروس ، ومندوب وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية ابراهيم قبول ، وأمين عام الرابطه الخيرية الإسلامية محمد عثمان.
وتأتي هذه الهدية ضمن البرامج التي تقدمها حكومة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود -حفظه الله- لعدد من الدول الشقيقة والصديقة لنشر الخير والتعاون معها ، ولتصل الأسر الأكثر احتياجًا في مناطق مختلفة من العالم.
