بعد الاجتماع المغلق مع الرئيس غزالي عثمان، أكد رئيس وزراء مدغشقر كريستيان نتساي للشعبين القمري والملغاشي أن وصوله إلى جزر القمر واستقباله من قبل رئيس الجمهورية يدلان على أخوة البلدين. مطمئنا مواطني البلدين أن وصوله إلى جزر القمر كوزير للخارجية وكرئيس وزراء مدغشقر، يدل على الأخوة والصداقة المتزايدة بقوة.
وصل رئيس وزراء ووزير خارجية جمهورية مدغشقر كريستيان نتساي، إلى مطار الأمير سيد إبراهيم الدولي بموروني يوم الاثنين 14 أكتوبر الجاري في حوالي الساعة الثالثة عصرا. وكان في استقباله لدى وصوله نظيره القمري، وزير الشؤون الخارجية صيف محمد الأمين. ولدى وصوله العاصمة موروني استقبله رئيس الجمهورية في القصر الجمهوري ببيت السلام. وبعد الاجتماع المغلق بين رئيسي الحكومتين، شكر رئيس وزراء مدغشقر الرئيس غزالي عثمان وحكومته، معربا عن سعادته لكونه في جزر القمر لتعزيز التعاون بين البلدين والشعبين الشقيقين.
وقال “أشكر رئيس الجمهورية غزالي عثمان. هذه الزيارة هي زيارة للصادقة والأخوة والاحترام المتبادل بين جزر القمر ومدغشقر”. مضيفا قائلا “لقد مضى 43 عاما منذ أن وقعنا على مذكرة التفاهم بشأن إنشاء العلاقات الدبلوماسية”. وطمأن رئيس حكومة مدغشقر الشعبين بوصوله إلى جزر القمر وتنظيم الاجتماع الأول للجنة المشتركة. وقال “أود أن أطمئن مواطني جزر القمر ومدغشقر بأن وصولي إلى هنا كوزير للخارجية وكرئيس وزراء مدغشقر يدل على أخوتنا وصداقتنا المتزايدة قوة”. وأشار كريستيان نتساي إلى أن اجتماع موروني هو الأول للجنة المشتركة بين جزر القمر ومدغشقر. موضحا أن “الهدف هو السماح لكلا البلدين بمناقشة جميع القضايا المطروحة حتى يتسنى لنا إيجاد حلول. يجب على البلدين التحرك قدما.
وعاد رئيس الوزراء الملغاشية إلى خطط التنمية التي قام بها البلدان. وأكد أن “ظهور الدولتين مكملتين، واليوم ومن خلال التزامات الرئيسين، يجب أن نكون قادريين على تعزيز هذه العلاقة. إنها علاقة أزلية وتاريخية طويلة. موضحا للشعبين أن وقت المضي قدما قد حان “أريد اطمئنان سكان مدغشقر وجزر القمر على هذه الحاجة للتقدم سويا نحو الظهور”.
مراجعة اتفاقية التعاون المبرمة بين البلدين
ومن جهة أخرى، اختتمت مساء يوم الثلاثاء 15 أكتوبر الجاري في فندق رتاج لومورني أعمال الاجتماع الأول للجنة المشتركة بين البلدين، وذلك بحضور رئيس وزراء مدغشقر كريستيان نتساي ووزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الدولي صيف محمد الأمين. وقد تم التوقيع على محضر الاجتماعات الذي حمل مراجعة اتفاقية التعاون الشامل في مختلف قطاعات التعاون السياسي والاقتصادي والتجاري والاستثماري والطاقة والصحة والسياحة. وقد شارك في الأعمال وزير الداخلية القمري محمد داود وأمين عام الحكومة الملغاشية إلى جانب خبراء وفنيي اللجنة المشتركة.
وقد أجاز رئيس وزراء مدغشقر ووزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الدولي القمري، أعمال مراجعة اتفاقية التعاون المبرمة بين الجانبين بهذا الشأن. وأشار الوزير صيف خلال الجلسة الختامية إلى أهمية استمرار الجهود التي تبذلها الجانبين لمراجعة اتفاقية التعاون الشاملة في مختلف القطاعات بشكل أفضل بما فيه مصلحة الشعبين الصديقين. وبين أن انعقاد الاجتماع الأول للجنة المشتركة تعتبر فرصة مهمة لمناقشة كل المشكلات التي تحول دون تحقيق هذا التكامل والاتفاق على الآليات اللازمة لتذليلها إضافة إلى توقيع على الوثيقة التي ستشكل في الفترة القادمة إطار عمل للجانبين في جوانب متعددة.
بدوره أكد رئيس الوزراء الملغاشي أن الاجتماع الأول للجنة المشتركة هي فرصة لتعزيز التعاون القائم بين البلدين الصديقين في إطار توجهات السلطات السياسية لكلا البلدين. مبينا بأن هذا الاجتماع الأول المنعقد بالعاصمة موروني يأتي في وقت تحققت فيه الإرادة المشتركة بين الحكومتين بأن يكون هناك عمل جاد “لاستعادة التفكير” بعدد من المسائل ذات الاهتمام المشتركة بهدف الوصول إلى بروتوكول تعاون قابل للتطبيق يحقق نقلة نوعية نحو تجديد التعاون وتطوير التعاون بعد سنوات عديدة.
