ورسالة خطية حملها وزير الدولة الأسبق المكلف بالتعاون العالم العربي لدى الخارجية الدكتور حامد كرهيلا من رئيس الجمهورية إلى الرئيس السابق لجمهورية السودان عمر البشير ، وزيارة معاليه أيضا لدولة الكويت وحمله برسالة خطية من رئيس الجمهورية إلى الشيخ صباح الأحمد الجابر الصباح، أمير دولة الكويت يوم 16 من نوفمبر 2017م .

سياسة لها معيارها الدولي الثقيل وذوقها المحلي الخاص في توجهها وتداركها كما جاء في كلمة وزير الدولة الأسبق المكلف بالتعاون مع العالم العربي الدكتور حامد كرهيلا يوم 12 من سبتمبر 2017م خلال اجتماع وزراء الخارجية العرب لمناقشة الوضع في القدس الشريف بمقر جامعة الدول العربية حين أشار إلى: أن جمهورية القمر المتحدة بتوجهها الجديد تتطلع إلى آفاق جديدة في سياستها الداخلية وتأمل بكل ثقة وقوة من جميع الشركاء إلى الوقوف مع البلاد في تحقيق التقدم والازدهار والتنمية الاقتصادية والثقافية لهذا الأرخبيل الغالي..وأوضح كرهيلا : أن شعار الحكومة الجديدة” الصعود نحو 2030م ” يعني به التنمية والتطوير من أجل جزر الغد، منوها أن البلاد في هذا السياق تعمل على إقامة وتنظيم منتدى حوار وطني شامل، يهدف إلى دراسة ما تم تحقيق وإنجازه بعد مرور 42 عاما من الحرية والاستقلال.
