إعفاء ياسر علي عثمان من منصب مدير عام مطار جزر القمر والمتهم في «خلية تهريب سبائك الذهب»
بعد مرور ثلاثة أشهر من اعتقال مدير مطار هاهايا ياسر علي عثمان وتسعة متهمين آخرين من بينهم أجنبيين في القضية المعروفة إعلاميا “خلية سبائك الذهب” نهاية شهر ديسمبر المنصرم وإحالتهم للتحقيق، أصدر رئيس الجمهورية غزالي عثمان مرسوما رئاسيا يقضي بموجبه إعفاء ياسر علي عثمان من منصبه بصفته مديراً عاماً للشركة الوطنية لإدارة مطارات جزر القمر.
وكانت سلطات مطار الأمير سعيد إبراهيم قد اعتقلت ثلاثة أشخاص، بينهم مواطنان من مدغشقر في ٢٨ ديسمبر ٢٠٢١ ثم تلت الاعتقالات بعد ذلك لتطول ثمانية متهمين آخرين من بينهم ياسر عثمان ووجهت إليهم تهمة حيازة نحو خمسين كيلو غراما من سبائك الذهب بشكل غير مشروع قبل دقائق معدودة من تهريبه عبر طائرة خاصة كانت على وشك الإقلاع إلى دولة أجنبية.
ويُحاكم المدير العام لمطارات جزر القمر ياسر عثمان وعشرة أشخاص آخرين، من بينهم اثنان من مواطني مدغشقر تم وضعهم رهن الحبس الاحتياطي، حيث
يواجه ياسر عدة تهم من بينها المشاركة مع عصابة إجرامية منظمة، والفساد، وإساءة استخدام السلطة والاتجار بمواد مشبوهة.
ورفضت دائرة الاتهام الطلب الذي تقدم به محامو ياسر بالإفراج المؤقت لموكليهم في ٢٦ فبراير الماضي وهو ما يعني بقائه رهن الاحتجاز
وكان عثمان قد عينه الرئيس غزالي في منصب مدير عام للشركة الوطنية لإدارة مطارات جزر القمر في يناير ٢٠١٩.
